The phone was listed as brand new, can't vouch for or against that, i can tell you it has a terrible sound to it. and only a few weeks after purchasing it, the front panel light is very dim/ burned out????... read full review

Missing hook
the piece that is meant to hang the phone up, the little hook was missing. spent much time on being innovative to try and come up with a solution. not sure if it was the sellers fault, but for me it wasn't... read full review
