Texas Instruments TI-83 Plus Graphic Calculator

The TI-83 Plus is an outstanding calculator for the k-12 classroom "and" the college student entering any mathematical field!! Whoever wrote the review that this is not a valid calculator for calculus and beyond has not had any experience with this machine!! I had a TI-85 in my college undergraduate (Math) and it is equivalent to the TI-83 of today (more features now). At any rate, most calculus and beyond will need an integration tool to crunch numbers and minimize time (such as mathematica) and so the TI has limits as any of the calculators do.

The TI-83 Plus integrates as well as any handheld tool available!!

This was a good deal, It was in very good condition, it came with the disc manual, I would recommend this product to anyone needing a graphic calculator, it was also easy to use.

I got this calculator for my daughter who needed it for her pre-calculus class. It came sooner than we thought and in VERY good condition!

I liked that it worked. It's a good product, not much else to be said. It fits the need that I had.

bought because my son need it for high school. learned a valuable lesson. don't but used electronics!! it was a 2001 model and worked 1 week. bought new one and it works great. no way to know how old it was when bidding. reccomend buying new, at least you know how old it is and get a warranty.

I received this TI 83 in perfect condition. I bought it used but it looks new it has been working perfectly and hasn't given me any problems. Im very satisfied. Great Buy!!! :-)

Calculator does more than anyone can think to do. My daughters have used this model in both high school and college. In my opinion it is pretty much the standard. I was able to save around $20.00 buying this model in ebay.

Got it fast on ebay, she uses it in her freshman math class, and it's helping her out in Algebra, she's getting much better grades, so I love it!

I needed a replacement of a TI-83 plus that I had worn out.

The replacement is as expected, although the cover is tight.

I would of liked it better if I had read the description and realized I was buying a broken product.

I purchased this calculator for my 9th grader and did not want to spend the exuberant amount that Staples were selling it for. We received the Calculator very quickly and it was in great condition. I recommend purchasing from this seller.

The calculator showed very light use. Very good value. It came with very cheap batteries. Probably replace them soon before they leak.

This specific graphing calculator was a required school supply that parents had to purchase for AP high school math...

This is an expensive calculator. My children need for the high school math classes. I was happy to see them on ebay and bought them at good price.

Batteries had leaked in battery area. I had to disaseble unit and clean with a battery acid remover . ASK if batterys laked or ask 4 pic of battery area without door..After a though cleaning my son uses it every day so all in all I saved 1/2 on retail.TnT

I like the size (it is handheld) and although it is used, it works perfectly.
