I bought this textbook for my biology course. What I liked the most about the book was the great condition of it. It did not have any highlights, marks, or ripped pages.

Good as new!!Wow, was I impressed. The text book was in great condition, better than the used text books at the college book store at a fraction of the cost! I won't ever go back to the book store!!

What I did not like about this book was that it was missing pages 596 - 819. This was a college text book that appeared to be complete, but two full chapters were not in the book.

In my opinion this book is an EXCELLENT & NEEDED tool in learning Biology. The pictures are ALL colorfully vibrant and the illustrations are VERY detailed. Also there are easy-to-follow formats seen throughout this book. The ONLY negative thing I've got to express about this product is the fact that Biology has not EVER been my strong subject. However with the EXTRA help of the on-line resource website that reviews each chapter "located inside the book cover", I am keeping my head well above water this semester in Biology. Thank you

Low cost version of English Hard Back Text bookReview created: 10/05/07

This was purchased for my foster son for one of his college classes. The content is identical to the hardback English version that costs substantially more. The cover is different, but his professor checked the content. The professor has recommended this book to the university bookstore in place of the original hardback text book.
