I bought this book for a good friend who loves Splenda. It is supposed to be the best book of Splenda recipes out there. She loves it. The best part is that they include the nutrition info for each recipe.

I love this cookbook! I never was a fan of "phony sugar" until Splenda came along. Now I use it almost exclusively! Marlene has brought together some great recipes that you can also revise and alter yourself. Some of my faves are the Carrot Cake, Rasberry coulis sauce, banana bread, the salad dressings to name a few.

Merchandise delivery very quickly and in good condition. I had to e-mail buyer to see when merchandise would be shipped. I would have thought buyer would have e-mailed me. Otherwise very happy with sale.
