This book is a little dated. It had some useful information in it, but I will buy something more up to date. It is very wordy.

I was given this book by my OB during my first pregnancy. It has everything you need to know--used it for all 3 of my pregnancies and referenced it frequently after reading through it several times. Highly recommend it--most OB offices have this one on their shelf!

I bought this book because my husband and I are thinking of starting a family next year and i really wanted some literature about pregnancy before and after that told the truth. I love this book and i think you would too. It gives you facts, opinions and what other moms have done!
