This is a great dvd! What a super way to exercise. If you like to dance or like Dancing With the Stars--you owe it to yourself to get this dvd. It has the dance steps they do--the Pasa Doble, Samba, Cha Cha and a warm up and cool down. It gets you moving. You don't have to have a partner, either--you can do it with the dancers from the show.They are fairly easy to follow and enthusiastic about the dances.Maks is a great teacher but it takes a few times to get his steps because of the pace as well as the lighting and his black pants. You can do the dvd in entirity or choose your dances. It is a fun fast paced workout that you will feel after you are done! It is cool to learn the steps especially if you have an event--like a wedding reception--to go to where you dance. The steps will have you dancing like a star.

I bought it because I am a huge fan of the television show that it's based on. It's an aerobic workout that doesn't involve a lot of needles jumping around. An added bonus....I get to learn some new dance moves. I highly recommend this DVD. Only downside is that the cooldown isn't long enough.

I love the tape. I watch the show all the time. It was fun to actually learn some of there dances. Shipped out fast. Great Price.

I watched the video last night and it was great. I think it would be a fun workout, very intense and working all over body parts. Total Video is 60 minutes.

Since I love DWTS and enjoy dancing, I thought I'd give this DVD a try. Although I don't have much dance background, this workout is a lot of fun. It is fast-paced, but you get the moves during the second or third go-round. It's so much fun and keeps you moving. Plus, you learn steps from the Jive, the Paso Doble, the Samba, and the Cha-cha. How cool is that?!? You can pick just one dance to do or you can do them all (which lasts around one hour total). I'd definitely recommend getting this DVD if you want to have a fun exercise routine, where you actually learn some dance steps!

So much fun!! Learn to dance and loose weight at the same time. Takes awhile to learn steps, but once mastered you really enjoy the workout.

Bought the CD to learn some dance steps and for an additional form of exercise. It is a good CD for both.

Dancing with the Stars DVD was a gift I purchased for a friend. She was very excited to receive it..I am happy to have this site to purchase for me and gifts for friends...

I absolutely love the show Dancing with the Stars and I am anxious for the new season to begin. This exercise DVD is good, but not as motivating as I was hoping it would be for me. I am not sure if it is just my needing really strong music stimulation to exercise the entire DVD or if it is the presentation of the dances.
But, I would recommend giving it a try because dancing to exercise is certainly more fun the those exercise machines!

Dancing with the Stars DVD is a good purchase for me. I've always wanted to learn to dance and this one gives me the basics without a partner or going to dance lessons. I can have fun dancing in the comfort of my own living room, while sampling some nice eye candy -- Maxsim is very good looking and in top form. I recommend this DVD for a bit of fun dance moves and a nice workout.

This is a great exercise video! It is a fun dance workout and easy to follow. I own many workout videos and this is my favorite. I have some dance background, but I'm 43 years old and out of shape and it was easy for me to keep up with the instructors and very fun to do the dance steps. They break it down so that anyone can follow along easily. You can go at it as easy or as hard as you like to, and yes, you can definitely work up a sweat.

I had been looking for this DVD in the stores and it wasn't available. Was happy to find it on EBay. Shipment was fast and was well packaged.

I know that you can lose a lot of weight using this technique but you need a lot of room to do the warmups and dances...

As described and was a perfect gift. Too much fun!!!!!! The ladies in my Mother's group had a blast with the dances and exercises. 80+ and still having fun!!!!!!

I decided to try this video because I enjoy cardio exercise and was tired of repetitive movements. This video shares the fun of the TV show with some great moves that get your heart rate up but make the time fly by. It's broken down into different dances (steps) with both warm up and cool-down. It's a great hour of activity, or you can select only your favorite sections if time is in a pinch. Great choice!

I really enjoy learning how to do the moves and I have lost 10 pounds,There is nothing I dislike about this DVD.
