YOU Staying Young 5 CDs
This set of CDs is very informative. You will listen to them over and over and learn something each time. If you want to live a high quality of life all your life this is a must read. It will give you the 14 biological processes that control your rate of aging and explain the many causes of aging and how to fight their effects.

The information is well presented and in my opinion is a MUST READ/ hear for all the Baby Boomers.
I have the book and it is a great read but for those who have long commutes the CD is a great way to go. The audio CD is presented by the authors, which in my opinion, is best. I wanted both because you can reference some of the recommendations.
Do health (and self) a favor- we all waste hours reading nonsense and junk mail, listening to entertaining things etc. This is something that can improve your quality of life and longevity. I encourage all to check this out. Well written, well presented, interesting info with twists of humor.
I believe you will agree its an investment of time well spent.
Enjoy more laughter, more life, more love and less pain.

I am a fan of both Drs. Roizen and Oz from The Oprah Winfrey Show. And I own the
original 'You' book of general health information. The 'Staying Young' book and
CDs are fantastic! So easy to understand the medical complexities of how the body works because they give analogies that make it all make sense. I commute to work everyday and listen to the 5 CDs like they are a class. I am committed to getting into better shape and these books and CDs give you the knowledge to do it the right way! I am going to purchase more for other members in my family so we can all share the wealth of being healthy!
