i really love the purchase..my daughter is having a baby(her first) and she is driving me crazy with all the questions..thank you for letting me ease her nervous mind..you're cool!!!

I am only 17 weeks along so I have not read the whole book, but what I have read so far is very informational. There is also a section for fathers-to-be. Nice to have so you know how your baby is developing and how your own body is changing.

This book is so very helpful! This is my first pregnancy, and I've had so many questions. It's great when you want to know something late at night or whenever. The diagrams are informative, too. I definitely recommend this book!

I heard this book is really helpful so I ordered it for a friend of mine who just got pregnant.....on accident to help her out.

This is a present for our newly pregnant daughter-in-law. It was a request from her, and I have enjoyed looking through it. My how times have changed. Now things are by the "week", not by the month like they were in the dark ages. The book was priced well and thanks for the fast shipping.

Cheaper than buying at Wal-Mart. But not in a wrapper like description. Book looked new and there was nothing wrong with it.

My hubby and I are actively trying to conceive, and this book has been referred to us as the pregnancy bible. LOL I've looked at several friends' copies of earlier editions, but I was happier than a kid in the candy store to learn that a newer edition was coming out. All the updated info is great! This is a definite must-have for anyone trying to conceive, pregnant, or a new parent..

Our son is military and he and his wife are expecting their first child in December. Since my daughter-in-law is away from her Mom, home, family and friends she is anxious and has a lot of questions. I have given this book several times over the past few years as a shower gift, because it was highly recommended. I have never read it myself as my children are grown, but others have told me it was their bible throughout their pregnancies. So, I sent this new updated 2008 version to my daughter-in-law and am sure she will find it very helpful.

I have been using the 2nd edition and only recently purchased the new 4th edition, and what more can I say than WOW! Much more information, much more detail. A very well worth it purchase.
