Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone: 3-Pack (2002, DVD)

The product was an excellent value for the price. I found it here for the lowest price and the seller was prompt and courteous.

I have yet to use this particular ab series from Leslie Sansone but I am a general fan of her products. Her workouts are easy to follow and fun. I sometimes have problems following and/or keeping up with aerobics videos but her's are great. I highly reccomend them for any fitness level.

This 3 pack is all you need if you are interested in walking exercises. It has three(1,2& 3 mile) workouts and resistance bands(they take the place of weights),that's all you need. I bought it for these reasons. I don't want to make sure that my money is well spent. I don't a stack of workout DVD's that I don't do.

This 3 part video is awesome!! Its so easy to use. Just pop it in and start walking! Its so easy for me because I always procrastinate and never go for a walk, but because I can do it in the comfort of my home I walk a lot more and am losing weight much quicker. Very motivating!!

This is a great workout video! It is very simple, no crazy moves and steps that you can never keep up with! It is fun and gives great results. It is nice to have all three levels one one video along with the ab belt. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys walking but just can't seem to get out to do it!

It is in Dvd format. I already have Leslie's in video format and it is easy to use and she is a good teacher.

Great exercise DVD! Easy to follow, pleasant sounding & often amusing narration by Leslie Sansone herself, of course. A joy to use over & over!

Leslie hanson has an indoor walking program where you can walk 1, 2, or 3 miles. she combines this with the uise of a belt to work on your abs. It is a good workout, similar to her workout using the weighted balls instead of the belt. I do like the weighted balls better, but this is more convienient, in that the resistance bands give you weight without having to pick them up or put them down. I like both, but I do like the older ones better of her. If you chose this, you could use the weigts instead of the belt.

I love this workout because it gives a complete body workout. It's low impact & easy to follow. Great for all fitness levels. I needed a change in the walking videos so I decided to give this one a try. Glad I did. Really like it!!
