I bought this phone for work and it's great. Answering machine very clear, delete one or all messages, change the ring tones or volume of ring or voice. Speakerphone. Mute so caller can't hear you talking. Everything you could want in a phone for home or small office.

Unfortunately the Vtech phones we bought from this seller didn't work properly. It was very difficult to hear the person I was speaking to. At other times, the phone would automatically cut off my voice, making it impossible for the person I was speaking to hear me. I literally threw the phones out and bought brand new ones. The seller would refund the price of the phones, but not the shipping costs (the shipping costs were a lot more than the price of the phones). The seller should have not sold these phones on ebay and should have done what I did- threw them out.
