While written Info is good. Pictures are way to small to show the detail in fabric. Would be a really good book if less Fu Fu ( they tried to make pages look Pretty)
Thought it would be a good addition to my other reference books. Is not.
I would not recommend because of very small photos. You can not see the details of weave etc.

Good for vintage garment collectors.When I bought this I was looking more for information regarding drapes and other household linens, particularly kitchen linens. This book has a lot of what looks to be good information on vintage cloth and clothing. I am not any kind of an expert in that area but if you are interested in vintage cloth and clothing--and I do mean VINTAGE--this could be a good resource for you.
