This uniden as well as the TRU 9460 are the best 1 line cordless phones around. I have tried Panasonic, vteck, Sony & others.

) I've used the same model handset and thought it'd be able to use one of these with my previously owned model. Unfortunately that was not possible, but I gave the whole unit to my girlfriend, it is working great and I (we) have no regrets.

I bought this item thinking it was new it was not there were phone id's on it and it did not work and because i left response because it was shipped so fast before trying it. i was unable to get a refund want do that again

I needed a cordless phoneI purchased this used phone set about two months now, I have not used all of it's features and don't plan to use them. I like that it came with 3 handsets, call screening, answer machine, caller ID and can store up to 100 caller ID numbers if I don't use the phonebook feature. The speakerphone works well and I can hear very clearly when conversing with others. I would recommend my friends and family to purchase this phone.
