Tim Allen is at it again as Cowboy doll Woody, with Buzz Lightyear. This time, Andy goes to camp, and is planning to take Woody along, but when Woody's arm gets ripped, Andy can't take Woody with him. So Woody is left behind, and Andy's Mom has a Garage Sell with Andy's toys, and a guy steals Woody who wasn't for sell! So now the gang has to save Woody before Andy gets home!
