I love this book! I am a diabetic and my doctor told me to buy this book and live by it. I lost 25 pounds in no time at all! In January our hot water heater flooded our house while we were away and my book was ruined. I knew I had to get another one as soon as possible! It is so easy to follow and the recipes are excellent! I would recommend this diet and book to anyone with health problems or someone just wanting to lose weight.
Very helpful book, looking at a compromise of the Adkins on one side and the diets which set makred amounts of food per meal. Very helpful in understanding a way to apply Atkins in a very practical manner.

This is a good book. It is easy to read and understand. I have not yet started the diet. It sounds like it should work well. However I have been buying not so healthy foods for so long that it is very expensive getting started.

I bought this book and read it cover to cover. I started the diet one week ago and have lost 4 1/2 pounds already. It is not a hard diet at all.
