I love all the south beach diet books and have lost weight fast and kept it off now I buy them for my friends. The food is great and you never feel hungry. I recommend this book highly if you can't cook yourself.
I guess I thought it would be a normal size book but can understand why it's small (so you can bring it with you in your purse). It had a lot of restaurants that I go to reviewed but not all. That's the only disappointment. Otherwise a pretty helpful guideline.
I love that so many different types of chain restaurants are written about in this book. Even if the writers couldn't get the exact nutritional information from the restaurants, they pick menu items they recommned to eat if you are on the South Beach Diet.
I bought this book because we eat out alot at work and at home and needed guidance in making the right choices. I like that it is a small paperback so it is easy to keep with me, and has a wide range of resturants to chose from.
This book is wonderful for people on the South Beach Diet. It's hard to stick to a diet when you are out dining with family and friends. With this book you can learn what you can eat in more than 75 restaurants. I love this book. Now I can go out and still make healthy decisions. I reccomend this book highly.
