The Sixth Sense
Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment deliver stunning performances in the best M. Night Shamalyan film to date.
Bruce Willis is Dr. Malcom Crowe and he tries to help a young boy (Osment) who claims he "Sees Dead People".
Chilling and effective, The Sixth Sense delivers and it offers a great "twist ending". If you love M. Night you'll love The Sixth Sense.

The Sixth Sense DVDI have always loved this movie, and I do not consider it a "horror movie" as some people refer to it. This is the 2002 edition with extras in a 2 DVD set. I wanted the movie on DVD so I set out on an eBay search and chose this edition. Now I can share it with others.

The Sixth Sense
) This is one of my favorite movies. The one I recieved on DVD is a collectors edition. Just what I wanted! The movie has a twist that is just thrilling when you catch is. It's a movie to watch over and over, because there's so many details you didn't see before you "get the point". if you like Bruce and/or Haley Joel, you'll love it!

The best movie ever! If you like surprises, watch this movie... it's full of them, and I won't tell any here, of course. :) Sixth Sense is one of the best performances of Bruce Willis. Every minute of this movie is full of emotion, love, and passion! Even though the boy sees dead people, the real message of this movie goes beyond that... don't think it's a scary movie.

The Pros: This movie is clever, thought-provoking and well-crafted. It has a totally unexpected (and satisfying) ending; I would not say that this movie is predictable at all. The story line is original; I've never seen another movie quite like it. Most people that I know who have seen this, wanted to watch it again immediately following their first viewing, because of there any things that were missed (or mis-interpreted) during the initial viewing. The movie held my interest and I thought the acting was good.
The Cons: This is a depressing movie. The imagery it contains is not uplifting. There are lots of grotesque and miserable scenes. A lot of things about this movie were pretty creepy. There are so many things about it that are really sad. I would not recommend this movie for young children, not even kids watching along with a parent.
Overall, this is not a movie I'd personally want to own just because I prefer "happier" movies. There is no denying that this movie was really done well. I think most other people liked it better than I did. If you enjoy creepy movies you'd probably love it!

Entertaining

In this intriguing story we follow around a little boy who sees dead people and the psychiatrist who is reaching out to help him. AS this strange, unnerving, and captivating world this boy lives in unfolds before us, we can see him growing and maturing and learning to deal with the problems that come with having his sixth sense. In the end we are hit with a clever little twist. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and would recommended for an adult DVD library.
