I bought this book for more information about the Sugar Buster's way of eating. I know a few people who are eating this way and they seemed to do great with it. The book was very informative and interesting. It encouraged me more to try this life style. Really the only thing I dislike is I wish I would have gone for the hard back, but being a paperback book is just a minor detail.
I am currently using this book as my weight loss guide. It is straight forward about what foods you need to stay away from and basically what you are giving up is white foods (potatoes, sugar, etc). You will lose weight if you are willing to accept this guideline. I would recommend this book to those who are serious about cutting out sugar in their diet. If not, this book is not for you,
