Second part of great concept album
) 
Another great concept album(along with part one) by Blackie.I really can't say which CD (part 1--"The Rise", or part 2--"The Demise") I liked the best.Both are excellent.Part 2 seemed to be the heavier rocking of the two.Darrel Roberts brings a great guitar sound that W.A.S.P. has needed since Chris Holmes had left the band.I won't say anything about the story,since it is a concept album.Give it a listen (along with part 1) and get your own opinion and interpretation.
