Pros:
Excess fat trimmed off in loss of rappers and back-up singers
Cons:
A little over-done in some places
In 1994, after a 2-year break from real record-making Prince was back. And by "Prince", I mean the over-producing, jam-heavy, talkin' 'bout stuff don't nobody understand Prince. It's good to see him cuz we missed the little guy. Despite being credited to this new guy, the symbol, the "artist formerly known as Prince" (did anyone ever NOT call him Prince, really?) THE GOLD EXPERIENCE is a Prince record through and through, too rockin' to be soul, to funky to be rock, but enough of everything to keep you listening.
