Good book but I think the hands on learning in the classroom is the best. The book had some good ideas that I will use in my classroom once I finish my Masters program.

this was a good buy. The condition was new. The proper delivery time. I thought the process was painless.

During student teaching, my cooperating teacher recommended this book. She reads it every summer. This book helped so much with classroom management. The format makes the book easy to read, unlike any textbook that I used in the past. I am constantly referring to this book as I prepare for my first year of teaching. It covers EVERYTHING!

great book, checked out from library and realized should be guidebook for all teachers especially daughter - todays teachers struggle to teach 'minds of mush' of these present day children....

This book can be used by first year teachers or veteran teachers. I am currently doing my internship and will start my first year of teaching in August. This book was so helpful. It explained ways for setting procedures, making rules, and even how to introduce yourself to your class. Things that a person does NOT learn in college. I highly recommomend this book for every teacher!

This is a really great book for new and old teachers. I recommend it strongly to those who are in school to become teachers, if your classes don't already require it. It's full of helpful tips and things you'd probably never even thought of. It outlines everything you'll need to be a successful teacher, especially in the tough first year. Great book, so glad I have it.

I have not had a chance to read this book in its entirety, but than again Wong did not write it to be read like a book but to be used as a reference guide. I feel from what I have read that it will be very beneficial to me as I start my teaching career. Well worth the money to have in my tool collection for teaching.

I liked the fact that the book came with a CD. My daughter is a first year teacher and Harry Wong is an excellent resource for teachers (new and old).

I love this book. I also recomend the videos of Harry Wong. He has great classroom management skills and ideas. Of all the text books that I have had to buy this is by far the best one. I will be keeping this book and I will use it in my future classroom.

This book seems to be very popular but I think I had higher expectations for the recent reviews. This book is helpful in many ways but it is not what I had expected... It is very informative but many of the suggestions are already known to future teachers. it is very helpful though.
