This alternates cardio and toning with weights. I think each is 5 minutes long approx. I find some of the cardio moves a little hard to follow, but move as best I can just to keep going. The toning is excellent! The music and background are very good.
Rebeka is somewhat monotone, and maybe a little unclear at times, but overall her cuing is good.
I love this workout! It came fast and quick! You will not be disappointed in these work-outs. I religiously do these work outs 6 days a week. I have about 10 of the FIRM work outs and I alternate every day. Excellent instructor and a good work out...
I have bought so many workout videos and just didn't like them. My friend told me about The Firm. I initially bought Tight Buns and Killer legs and LOVED it. I bought this one a couple of months later. I really like the instructor although the girl you follow if you're a beginner is a bit irritating. Rebecca, the instructor is great. It's a good overall workout. My arms are toning after just a couple of weeks. The cardio part is hard to keep up with, but that's always been difficult for me. The toning portions ROCK! I highly recommend this and think it's worth being in your collection, although it isn't my favorite (just because the cardio moves change too quickly for me).
I bought this DVD and another recently from the Firm. The new moves are fun to do, but, like the other other DVD, several of them are facing the side and it takes longer to learn what you're supposed to be doing. In one place on this DVD, the instructor's footwork doesn't match what she's telling you to do. So, while the workout is pretty good, this isn't my favorite DVD.
I have to agree with the other two reviewers. This one is very different with the moves, angles & style! It's a fun workout with great combinations & variations! You feel you workout your entire body & then some! It hits spots that other FIRM videos don't! I highly recommend this one!
I have been a big fan of Firm for a long time.I was looking for something new to add to my collection .I enjoyed the new instructor and the format as usual was fun and challenging-time flew by . Ab section at the end was great.Its also nice to have the choice of 45min or 25min workout
I'm a huge fan of The Firm videos, and this is one of my new favorites. The best thing about it is that it has lots of new and different moves that work the muscles from different angles. I especially like the combo moves like the Triceps Tummy Trimmer and the deadlifts with abductions. It's great to have some new ways to work out, since it's so important to keep changing up your workouts to keep the muscles growing.
