I bought this book for a web design class. It gives guidelines to follow during the (user-centered)design process for websites. I like that it's small and easy to read. The author includes anecdotes and jokes about bad user situations which keep it entertaining. He also points out ideas that I would not have thought of on my own. The teacher doesn't agree with how the author breaks some things down, but overall likes the book. To me it seems a little elementary for a college class, but it wasn't written as a textbook, so it probably serves its purpose.
