The Complete Studio Recordings [Box] - Led Zeppelin (CD 1993)

I am a huge Led Zeppelin fan, and like all Zeppelin fans, I wanted some Zeppelin CDs. Buying each CD was costly at $15-$20.00 per cd. I didnt want a 'best of' or 'hits' CD. 'best of' arent usally produced by the band and I wanted the music in it orginal form, produced by Jimmy Page himself. When I found "the complete studio recordings" I had to buy it. It will save you alot of money and time. You can have each album it one compact CD box. It has the orginal album art and a Led Zeppelin book. It also has a few Bonas songs that where never put on a Zeppelin album. Its a great item to own for any classic rock or Zeppelin fan. I give it the offical ***** 5 Star rating!

I grew up listening to Led Zeppelin. I have every one of their albums on vinyl but have not listened to them for years because I moved and never hooked up my stereo. The first CD I listened to made me "feel like me again". The only thing better than buying Led Zeppelin on CD was getting EVERY album in one set. I would recommend this set to any fan of music.

All of the Studio recorded albums plus a few bonus tracks and a great booklet w/ photos!! Everything you need. I love it!! I previously owned the set and it was stolen, I am happy to finally replace it! One suggestion for anyone who wants to purchase it: Put the discs in their own individual jewel cases w/ trays to extend the life of the booklets they come in and also to avoid scratches on the discs. (They slide in and out of a cardboard/paper holder which tends to rub on the discs and scratch them.) Definitely a must have if you love Led Zeppelin and a good investment even if you have only heard a little from the band becasue you will enjoy the rest!!!!!!!!!

First of all, it's LED ZEPPELIN. Do they need to be reviewed? I think not. There is and will never be (to paraphrase) a more get your blood pumping, feel the music rock the house band! OK, my house isn't rocking - don't want to blow out my hearing. You get the picture :)

Secondly, I received the item as described and in good time. No problem there either.

If you love them - Robert, Jimmy, Bonzo, JP Jones - this is a must have for your collection. :)

THERE ARE NO WORDS HARDLY, TO DESCRIBE THIS AWSOME SET. IT IS ALL 10 STUDIO DISCS, AND A FEW OUT TAKES AND GEMS.
LED ZEPPLIN DEFINATLY ROCKED THE CLASSIC ROCK WORLD, FOR ONLY A SHORT TIME...BUT THEIR MUSIC HAS LIVED ON AND ON FOR OVER 30 YEARS....

I didn't set out to buy this, but when I saw it I knew that I had to have it. I am a huge Led Zeppelin fan, so this was one of the best things for me to see (other than seeing them in-concert). It has every single song/album that came out of the studio. So, it was a must for me. The only thing I didn't like was that Presence came before Physical Grafitti in the set; I heard that it was to have Physical Grafitti on a double set just like back then. A great buy overall!

I grew up on Led Zeppelin and at one time, owned every album.... fast forward 20 years and I found myself no longer in possession of those old records and missing them. When I saw this box set, I knew I had to have it! With one simple purchase, I have the complete works in a set worthy of treasuring forever. The discs and their covers are extremely well made. I am totally impressed and recommend this collection to everyone, old fans and new generations alike.

What I truly love about this dynamic set is that it has all Led Zep songs all in one box in chronological order. These CDs are, by far, the greatest in sound. I decided to buy this box set after really listening to the lyrics and music, while at a friends house. Led Zeppelin were true masterminds in their talent. One of the best rock bands of all time remastered is a sonic "Stairway to Heaven". This set puts new life into these classic albums. The iPod is loaded with all 9 albums for instant rock'n'roll bliss anywhere, anytime. If you are a casual fan or hard core like me with vinyl to upgrade this set is a must have! On e-Bay I saved about 40%.

The first Zeppelin album I ever bought was IV and it's still one of my most favorite albums in my collection, but for some reason I never explored the band beyond that album. Neverteless, as a suburb dwelling child of the 70's, Led Zeppelin was constantly around me. Recently, I heard the song "Ten Years Gone" for the first time and was completely blown away. This seemed like a great time to get reconnected to some older music in light of today's uninspired dreck. So, I went looking for their albums individually and stumbled on the box set which was clearly the way to go.
It's all here! Every last track the band ever laid down in the studio and they've never sounded better thanks to Jimmy Page's remastering efforts. It's really hard to explain the significance of this band if you weren't there to see them develop but, I strongly recommend acquiring this set to anyone who considers themselves a fan of true rock and roll. Although they had a strong influence on acoustical music, simply put, every hard rock band since 1970 owes a great debt to Led Zeppelin. They truly forged a new direction in music and their legacy continues to ring loudly and proudly to this day.
