Makes shopping a complete pleasure. I especially love the trainer tips and on top the substitute suggestions...if you love .... try this and cut your calories in half but not the taste! It is in very good condition and it will help me with my weight loss goal. It has a lot of information that I need to continue with planning and calculation of my food. I will use this book on a daily basis.
This book is great and fits in the car or purse. Cover wipes clean if you want to leave it laying around on the kitchen counter. Has food from EVERY restaurant imaginable and even tells you calories form popular cookbooks. Tells you how to prepare things at home and cut corners to make it fit into what you cook at home. Great companion to the other Biggest Loser books.
I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.
I really like this book because its small and will fit in my purse, so I can reference to it when I'm not sure what the calorie count of something is. I needed to know what the calories of something was before I bought something say from a fastfood place and it has helped me stick to my plan/calorie count.
I decided to puchase this because I needed a good book to use as a reference to keep my caloric intake where it needed to be. I am really happy with this book. It's been very helpful, and gives insight to the differences in calories between the same foods, that you wouldn't otherwise know. The only thing I don't love is in the "dining out section". It doesn't have very many different restaurants, and some menus were not very inclusive, however you can figure calories based on other info in the book. I would definetly recommend this book if you need an accurate calorie guide. I would buy it again.
I bought this book because I wanted to see how many calories I was actually eating. Like a lot of other people, I wanted to lose some poundage. This book is easy to read, the foods are all categorized alphbetically. I eat out a lot, so I wish it referenced more in the dining out sections, but overall, it's a good resource. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to shed a few pounds. P.S.: I lost 8 pounds this past month!
i preferred the calorie king book because i bought these books to count calories, not for diet guides and information and wanted to have a smaller condensed book to carry with me to the market and out to eat. while thsi book has more info in it that is not what i wanted when i bought it.
This book has everything in it you can think of, and small enough to fit in your purse. It not only has regular foods, but fast food and restaurants in them, too.
I liked this book in one way it gives you the amount of calorie and the other thing I would had like is if it would had examples to follow and it would help me alot more but I am doing ok.So if I keep on following I will succeeded.
I think this is one of my best purchases. I have learned alot about food just from this book. I highly reccommend this book to EVERYONE and don't eat without it !!
