This book is user-friendly and has some great ideas for the layman. I would recommend any psychologist to have this book on their shelf. It is great for anyone who seeks improvement in overcoming anxiety and phobias. We all need to read this one!
This over 400 page book is a large workbook. Everything is hands on. There are test, graphs, forms, planning ahead. etc. to hopefully ease your anxieties and phobia's. Be prepared to keep a daily diary. I have just quickly run through it in one setting so afar as it's effectivness I can't comment, but as long as you don't have a phobia over paper I think you'll find this book very halpful!
