I haven't watched the Indiana Jones trilogy in years and with a new movie coming out I wanted to view them again. Great movies for the family. I watched them with my Grandchildren, who by the way loved them as much as I did the first time I saw them.

Good Family Movie NiteI have 3 sons, and this movie is excellent for action and adventure for them. We have watched two of the three during our family movie nights. Don't forget the popcorn and M&M's!

I am currently in the process of rewatching this collection. This set never gets old. Indiana Jones - raiders of the lost Ark was a wonderfully original movie in its time. It set a precedent that many others would fail to imitate. They all paled in comparison.
Each sequel was as good as the original and able to stand on its own merit! The additional DVD is a wonderful addition to this collection. It is interesting to see all that went into the making of this trilogy!
I own this trilogy on VHS and rushed out to get it when it came out on DVD. These movies are classics!

I m thinking what Tom Selleck would have been like as Indiana Jones and I have to say that I m glad he was still contracted to do Magnum, P.I. at the time. That s not to say that he wouldn t have brought his own charm to the character but I don t believe it would have been the same vibe and intensity (and flawless comedic timing) that Harrison Ford brings to the Indiana Jones franchise. This review refers to the recent re-release of this trilogy on VHS in widescreen format. I was so excited to see this at Best Buy one day, i bought it and ran straight home. I was finally going to see Indy in widescreen, remastered and all. I was so sick of my old full screen tapes. Boy was I disapointed. This has to be the worst digital remastering job i have ever seen in my entire life as far as the picture quality.
