This album by Cat Stevens was one my girlfriends and I played over and over again back when we were in high school in the mid 70's. I recently saw an article about Cat Stevens (I can't remember what his Muslim name is) coming back to making music and I thought about the great music on Tea for the Tillerman. I hadn't heard it for a long while and I just had to get it. My husband is also a big Cat Stevens fan. Now he and I are playing it over and over again.
This is a two thumbs up for me. It's seems to be the ONLY album anywhere with "Longer Boats" on it, which is my favorite C.S. song. The only thing that makes me sad is to realize Cat "died" many years ago. He was replaced with someone no longer recognizable. What a loss. The album is the best.
