What a fun movie! Of course, I like the 'feel good about yourself' and 'do the right thing' movies. This is a testament to keeping in shape as you age so all you tappers and hoofers out there, these guys still got their legs! I hope I can do as well as they have. If you like tap dancing, there are some great routines in this movie that are fun to watch (and aspire to!). Sammy Davis Jr shows what a well rounded performer he was and Gregory Hines is great in the lead part. Except for a few swear words and taking the Lord's Name in vain it would be a great family Saturday afternoon watch for the family, and maybe it would get the kids interested in taking tap lessons!

) Gregory Hines plays the starring role in this movie. He is a believeable tap dancer. He also plays in White Nights which is another fantastic movie. You dont want to miss either movie as both are wonderful to see.White Nights is about a Russian dancer who defects and Gregory Hines plays his costar in that movie.
