Tae Bo - Advanced (1999, VHS)

This video is a no nonsense, straight forward fitness routine guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life. The moves are easy to learn and effective. I have used this video before and was amazed at the muscle tone I gained by doing this routine 4-5 days a week. I sold my other one at a yard sale in favor of the more updated Tae Bo video series. I was excited to find this one again and am eager to get back on this advanced routine. It is an excellent strength training video with plenty of cardio to strip the fat off. You will know it is working as you sweat profusely throughout the last half of the video. A great video that delivers what it promises---a challenging, effective workout that produces great results!

My daughter really relies on this tape to get a good workout. She's a single mother who works full time and has two children under 5. This fitness routine is one of the only things she does for herself. She wore out her first tape and being able to find a replacement on half.com was a godsend.

This is an old video and was having a difficult finding it. Received very quickly. My daughter is the one who wanted it, so is very happy to have received it.

I bought it for a friend, although I do have the same video. It's a great workout. Billy Blanks is very motivating!

I've been a Tae Bo fanatic since I bought this VHS back in 1999 and it's my favorite. So when my old one finally gave out I was on a mission to replace it. I was so excited when I found it on e-bay. The VHS was brand new just like I was promised and it was delivered super fast. Great service I love it!!

I've been into Tae Bo for years and was looking for the original video, remembering how tough it was and wanting a challenge. This routine will get your heart rate up and help sculpt your thighs and butt with the various kicks and floor exercises. When the tempo increases for some of the moves, it can be hard to keep your balance and stay accurate, but with practice it can be done. One part I did not like was that there is really no stretching in the beginning. The kicks can be hard on muscles and joints that are cold and not stretched, so I'd recommend pausing it and stretching on your own. This is an "older" video so the background and choreographing is kind of dated, but if you’re looking for a high intensity work out that is fun and get results, this is your ticket.

I still haven't received the item I purchased. Seller isn't customer service friendly, but I guess that is how things work on ebay. I lost my money and won't have any dealings with ebay anymore.

I recieved my tae bo vhs quickly and it was in great condition. It was a great price too! Very happy!

This was an absolutely awesome follow-up to the basic workout. Once you have mastered the basics and need something that is a step up, this is perfect. I've been doing Tae Bo since 1999, and though I own several Tae Bo workouts now...I still go back to this one a lot. It's fun and it gets you sweating!
