The T-Mobile Sidekick II is like nothing else on the market - and that's how the Sidekick is being marketed. Because of its uniqueness - its neither a traditional phone or a traditional PDA - its draws a variety of opinions and tastes. My opinion about the Sidekick though is that everyone can agree that the technology is great, the interface is intuitive, and the gadget is very slick. The personal preference instead comes when choosing rather you'd carry a Sidekick II over a phone (pros: more functionality and more size) or over a Blackberry (different but similar functionalities).

i absolutly wanted a sidekick ever since i first heard of them but had little money to buy a new phone so i went on ebay of course as i always tend to do and found a sidekick 2 for eighty dollars i knew that i had to just bid for it so i did but than decided you no what ill just buy it instead of waitig and i use i every day.

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it! It makes texting (her favorite thing) so much easier. She's had it for over a month now and I haven't heard one complaint (a record). As for myself, I like that accessories and parts for the phone are easy and cheap to get on ebay.

ok first the phone was locked to another cell company then it didnt get any signal and the seller was no help at all this sucked!!!! i though it would be cheaper to buy on ebay but it came out to be more expensive

The phone arrived in good timing. I knew that I would need to purchase an unlock code and did. But after having the phone for 2 days and not even using it yet the back light on the screen quit working. THe screen no longer lights up and you have to be by a lamp or sunlight to read any thing on it.

I love the keyboard capability, however, the swinging of the cover gets to be a bother.....wasn't that impressed....sorry...I ended up with a blackberry...good buy though

i like the keyboard better than the sidekick 3 because its not as deep as sidekick 3 and it doesnt break as easy as sidekick 3 i really recommend sidekick 2 than sidekick 3 when you open the LCD sidekick 2 is better than sidekick 3 because when you open the LCD screen on the sidekick 3 it pops up the back of it. not recommending you to get sidekick 3 SIDEKICK 2 RULES!

I would love this phone if it worked. I purchased this phone from ebay, got it 10 days after paying for it and when I finally recieved it, nothing. I called T-mobile, they went through all functions with me and determined after speaking with Stephanie agent # 3278824, that the phone is infact defective, that no unlock code is needed for this particular model of sidekick II.

this was a great item, there was a delay in shipping but i was well taking care of for the problem. All in all i had a great experience.

I got my phone really fast and was excited to start using it. The seller answered all of my questions and I would certainly us this person again for any of my eBay needs. Thanks for everything and it was amazing doing business with you!

We can not use the phone without a head piece.. That was not indicated in the listing.

The keyboard works good.. so text mess.. is not a problem.

Cell phone don't connect to network.
USELESS. seller said he wrote it in the description for the cell phone but I did not see it and now am stuck with an $85 cell that doesn't even work.

i make a mistake to buy a ASIS item. the sidekick a bought is a broken item.i'm very disappointed with the item. the sellers said the item is working. i try to fix it and go to repair shop to repair .but it will not repairable. i'm very disappoint i bid in the item. sidekick 2.

I'm very happy on my side kick , it works fine and looks great. The seller was very helpful and helped me with anything I needed help with, he was very helpful, I bought this cell phone for my daughter and she loves it very much, I will buy another cell on ebay again.

I DONT LIKE THE FACT THAT I WAS SOLD A CELL PHONE THAT CANT EVEN BE CHARGED. YES IT WAS NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION BUT IT WAS NOT HIGHLIGHTED, IN FACT IT WAS HIDDEN AMONG A POOL OF OTHER WORDS DESCRIBING THE PRODUCT THEREFORE EASILY OVER LOOKED. OMG What a terrible phone! Not only is the phone a bust so is the seller. I bought this listed as a working phone only to find out that it did not. Took the phone to the T-Mobile Store to find out all about the many problems they have had with this model and that the "PROBLEMS ARE NOT REPAIRABLE". That if it was still under warranty they would just replace it. Buying is used this option did not apply. So, I have spent the last month trying to get my money refunded through paypal and the seller. Not only will the phone fail you so will the this seller.

I like the product, but I was disappointed when I recieved it and the key pad was pulling up and when I went to go put my sim card in it didn't allow me to call any one.... I am very pissed about this....

I like the size of the unit, the QWERTY keyboard and texting functionality. Would be a great item for someone who does more texting than talking.
