I bought this book because I have seen every episode of 90210 as well as Tori & Dean Inn Love. I find Tori Spelling interesting and wanted to learn more. This book kept me interested all weekend. I received it in the mail on Thursday and was finished with it on Saturday. The only dislike I have of this book is that it left me wanting more. I hope she makes another book.
I bought it for my Girlfriend, So I have no idea how good or bad it is. But I am sure she will enjoy it cause it is for her birthday. Anyhow I am just blabing cause a review has to be 100 characters
Captivating and a book I will read over and over. Cures any curiosity about the Shannon Doherty spat and the drama between Tori and her mom. Heartwarming, made me laugh, made me cry.
I'm not the type to read or even find time to read. However, this has been day 2 and I have read to page 168 I just love it...Prettty interesting how her parents are...Can't wait to finish it...Must Purchase this book.
I love anything that is based on a true story. I felt like i was sitting on the couch with Tori talking about her life from the time she was young. You should definetly purchase this book it is GREAT!
Born into Hollywood Royality Tori Spelling has been the reporters dream~
this book is well written and pretty much lays out Tori's mistakes and hard times~ from BAD BAD choices in men and her personal life~ how being Aaron Spelling's Daughter made her media fodder and often closed as many doors and opportunies as it opened~some fun info on her time as Donna Martin on 90210~ and about her fairy tale wedding to Wrong man~ her stuggles with in her family~ most interesting is how she clears up some LIES told by the press~ MUCH better than I expected~ worth the read~ I GIVE IT A SOLID 8 OUT OF 10~ AND It SOUNDS LIKE SHE HAS TURNED HER LIFE AROUND~

This book was a cute, humorous look at the inside of the rich and famous. It just goes to show you that just because you're rich doesn't mean you're exempt from problems with your parents, jobs, life, etc. Tori is actually a great story teller. Pick up the book, you'll find it hard to put down!
Loved the book! I read it in one day (was good take-me-away). Insightful to Tori's life. She's really down-to-earth and probably one of the nicest people you can meet - it seems to me now - after reading book. I like her even more now...
I became interested in Tori Spelling when her latest show Tori and Dean Inn Love was on air. I never really paid attention to her before that.am now sorry that I missed out on seeing her show SoNOTORIous. I think that she did a good job writing the book. She gave a lot of specific details about things that have happened to her in her life, very personal details that she really didnt have to write about. If there's one thing I could say about Tori Spelling is that she seems to tell the truth and be honest pretty much all of the time. That's not an easy thing to do when all everyone else wants to do is make you out to be a bad person. There were a few parts in the book that I was forcefully reminded of her upbringing and thus her ability to portray and act out as the spoiled type, but she has also had to be thrust into the generic category of a barely making it actor like so many normal people. So I think she did a good job with this book. I only wish I could still watch her life unfold on Tori and Dean Inn Love.
I have to say I had second thought on reading this book. What i thought i knew about Tori Spelling was completely wrong. or rather how i assumed she lived was wrong. I got the idea because of whom she was or rather whom her dad was, i thought that she had everything handed to her on a silver platter but her life was the complete oppisite, she had to fight for everything she got. Just because she was a spelling did not mean great things it seemed to mean that she had to work that much harder. After ereadibng the book, i have a new found respect for her. She is where she is because she is a strong lady . She went through alot but she had to in order to be the beautiful lady she has turned out to be! Kudos to her for writing sucha great memoir!! i would advise alot of people read this but read it with an open mind and not a critical one! Thank you, Kristy
I love this book. The book makes your realise that no matter how much money the rich families have they still have they same problems and go through the same identity issues.
I really like Tori Spelling and if you want an insite on her life and growing up it is a great read. I havent been able to put it down and I have never really been a fast book reader.
I really found this book enjoyable! It was interesting to gain insight into a celebrity's life. This book made me look at Tori Spelling in a whole new (more positive) light. If you ever watched 90210 or still watch Entertainment Tonight, you'll enjoy! A great read for the pool or beach!
When I initially heard about the book, I really was interested in reading it, but didn't want to pay the full bookstore price, so I decided to try eBay. I had never been on eBay before and it was a great experience, bidding for the book. I was hooked. When I received the book, I immediately read it and really enjoyed it. It was a great insight into Tori's life and I've always been interested in how the "other half" lives. I thought she had it made since her father was Aaron Spelling and she grew up a privileged child, but her life was pretty much normal, with a few exceptions.
This is the first autobiography I have read. Quick, easy, enjoyable reading. I look forward to part II! Do her and Dean last? If her mom gives or leaves her money, will she quickly fall back into old spending habits? Has her mom changed? (How can you NOT feel sorry for that woman! If Tori's depiction is accurate she is one fake person who is probably very unhappy.) I appreciate the honest, candid look into her life. Enjoyable!
I bought the book because I wanted to read about her life at the Manor and what it was like to live a "life of privilage". This book is mainly about her love life which was not that interesting.
Review: I bought The New Tori Spelling Book about 6 weeks ago. After a month of waiting, I decided to contact the seller to see if the product had been shipped out. I never got a response. I began reading other buyer's reviews and found out that I am not the only one who has bought something from this seller and not received the product. Unfortunately, because I have not received the product, I do not know if this book was good or bad! I am still hoping that at least I will receive my money back from this seller and buy the book because I really do want to read it.
this book is great, it is an honest and funny depiction of tori spellings life with nothing held back!! she proves just how funny, talented, and smart she is once again. a definate read with great human humor that will litteraly make you chuckle!
I loved this book and couldnt hardly put it down. People are always curious about the rich and famous, but it was nice to see that she is just like anyone else. Very good book.
This book is excellent. I am so glad Tori Spelling finally dispels the tabloid rumors and tells her side of the story. Tori is an intelligent and funny author which makes this book a quick read. If you were a 90210 fan you should definitely read this book!!!
I read this book in 2 days. It was an excellent book. She got a chance to tell her story. She admits her faults. She is really just like the rest of us. I really do like Tori Spelling.
I was excited for this book to come out as I was a 90210 fan. I think it gives you a whole new look on her life her struggles and why she is who she is today, write another book Tori I couldn't put this one down and was sad I had finished it.
