While reading this book parts of it kept my interest while other parts made me want to put it down. Mainly this book helps explain nutrition; how vitamins and minerals work in the body and how they help you. It talks about "cutting edge research" but this book was written a dozen years ago and much of that research is more mainstream now.
If you are interested in keeping your youth and staying young as long as you can this book would be a nice addition to your library.
