Stalking Laura (2006, DVD)

richard thomas is excellent in this movie. A great departure from the goodie goodie guy that people are used to seeing him as. He plays a stalker in this movie, and a pretty good one at that.

big fan of brooke sheilds .she made some good movies,still looking for more items on her.......its was a great true story ...she did a great job on this movie...

Superb horror movie, all the more horrific because it is a true story of a disgruntled would-be suitor, obsessed with a co-worker, who stalked her constantly for 4 years, and ended up with a killing spree in the workplace in February of 1988. My cousin's husband worked at ESL at that time, and knew Laura (In fact, he had been in her office just fifteen minutes before the incident began). He assured me that the movie was eeriely close to the reality, and that Brooke Shield was very believable as Laura. I was really creeped-out by Richard Thomas's portrayal of Richard Farley. No Jon-Boy Walton this time! The movie rates 5 stars!
