Sony PlayStation Portable - Game console - black

For the past 10 years Sony has been the leader in everything "gaming" and in 2005 they launched the Sony PSP. This little gaming device is a great piece of kit, the screen is crystal clear, you have a gaming console which can play games, umd movies, mp3 music and jpeg photos as well as being able to surf the brilliant internet! :)

If you havent bought one of these beauties yet then I ask you, what do you want in a portable gaming device? Would you like a touch screen color gameboy, limited options and based at the children/female market or a gaming device with multi-media options and possibilities? If you want the second you have no choice but to go for the Sony PSP.

The minor flaws with the PSP are that the battery can only last around 5 hours from a full charge. This is not much of a problem as you can simply plug the console in a power source and get straight back into the game. The device is NOT "child friendly!" Its confusing for alot of adults and with the tonnes of options children can easily change a host of the PSP's features. If buying for a child I'd highly reccomend watching them when using the device, or you could save money and buy them the Nintendo DS, its a color gameboy with not as good graphics but cheaper more simple for children.

The great thing about the PSP is the ability to play "homebrew" games and emulators, this basically means you can play gameboy games, megadrive games, snes games, neo geo games, etc on the PSP (who would have thought!) You can be sat on the bus playing mario karts or Pokemon gameboy and people turn their head confused it can be funny to hear people saying: "Isnt that game on the gameboy or nintendo not sony psp?!?"

If you are a new buyer of the sony PSP id advise you not to buy any UMD movies they are expensive and you can only play them on your psp! Id advise you to learn how to convert on your pc to PSP and get movies from friends or the internet pay sites. The mp3 player on the PSP is a little dissapointing, it just has your basic play, pause, rewind, slow forward etc buttons. There is no flash graphic demos or anything fancy to look at, but dont worry you can download much better mp3 players for PSP on the internet.

The games are good, some are not so good as you would expect from a new console. Games to go for are: Metal gear Ac!d (If you like the series tactical game very fun), Lumines (like teris but better!) Ape academy (Girls will go for this but dont be put off its very fun and is full of mini games, great to play on the bus, train etc!) Pro Evo 5 (great footy game), Wipeout pure (great graphics good game for all) Ride Racers (same as last one), Burnout legends (brilliant for you speed and crash freak my faviourite psp game behind MGA!)

The psp fits nice in the hands of an adult, I'd mainly say its aimed at the 20 something male market so thumps up there for the feel of the console! The PSP seems to be quite heavy when you first pick one up, it must weight half a brick lol but this makes you want to hold it more securely. You dont want to drop your psp, the weight and shape would probably end up in a certain deth of the console if dropped! Use the handy wrist band that comes in the pack!

When you buy I reccomend you buy the following:

A larger memory stick 512mb at least! 1gig or 2gig if you can afford it.
PSP protective case, dont cost much but save's your psp from getting scratched!
A PSP umd game, the demo umd has no playable games :(
Insurance: Thieves love PSP's!

The Xbox 360 is totally awesome, but I bet it would be more awesome if it were FREE!!! DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT AND MONEY WAS PAID THROUGH PAYPAL!!! I am extremely upset with this. I am a new e-bay customer. This was only my third transcation and now I am in the whole $100.00. This washes away any savings I made through e-bay. At this point, my future father-in-law, an attorney, is about to step in.

The game system is small, and handheld. Also, it doesn't have to be hooked to a TV. All of the children that I deal with enjoy playing video games even though I limits the amount of time that they play the video games each day.

This game playing unit is fun, has a lot of game variety and many options to go along with it. There are many accessories made for it. It's portability makes it great for long car rides, and easy to fill time when, and wherever you need to. And,it can be stashed away quickly when you're ready to go. It's durability and travel accessories make it an "on the go" type of entertainment..for all ages.

This is an awesome piece of technology ! My son really likes it and is very grateful to the seller for his honesty and integrity ! It's a great item for every age ! Plays many different types of games and holds your interest. Very entertaining. After a hectic day at college, and after homework, he frequently enjoys his Playstation Portable and will be taking it on our long trip to our home state over 20 hours away ! I'm sure he'll have other items along, but I'm betting this will keep him entertained on the sometimes boring trip. A great buy for anyone, especially given an honest seller !

The PSP was not in good shape. The back keeps popping off. I brought it for my son. There were no scratches on the PSP.

The product when it came was used and had alot of scratches on it. It works great though and I can make out the image on the screen. I decided to buy it because I needed a video game system so when I'm taveling I have something to do. I didn't need a brand new expensive system because I am not going to be using it alot. All in all the product is good and I'm happy with it so far.

never owned a handheld game system and this was also my first experience purchasing via ebay. all was better than expected.

I was pretty pleased with my purchase once I figured out that it really needed to be charged because the battery was completely dead. The screen was a little more scratched up that I thought it would be. But nothing that isn't dooable for a used unit. Overall I was really happy with the condition it was in.... everything works properly and now that I have a PSP charger it works even better that you can use it. Other than that there isnt much I can say.

All you do is sign up, complete an offer from the sponsors and refer 12 people.

Click the sign up link and create an account. You can either choose a referral account or a points account. The referral account is definitely easier and completely free. All you do is get 12 people to register using your referral number and you have completed your obligation.

The PSP I got works great and was described perfectly. It is a used item, but is in like new condition. It came with many extras. I got all of it for a great price. It's like buying a new system and extras without the high cost!

The PSP had been maintained in excellent condition. The description had not given the item justice because seller indicated there were scratches on the back, but I had to really look for them to see them. All of the games were still in great condition w/cases and books. All of the supplies were intact and included was the game system, 5 games & 1 movies, 2 power cords and a case, the price I paid was awesome. For what I would've paid for just the new unit 1 game and a movie, I got all of those items I listed. I decided to bid on it because the price was right for the offers and the Seller had a good reputation w/100% feedback and was easy to communicate with.

The PSP Bundle was a great buy, but the seller didn't send all the items included in the description. I didn't recieve the wall charger other than that the package was perfect.
