Sony PSP 1001K - Handheld game system

I love the Sony PSP that features a large 4.3-inch 16:9 widescreen LCD TFT screen with a nice 480x272 resolution, the button layout is similar to the PlayStation with a digital control pad, an analog stick, USB 2.0 connectivity, a Memory Stick Duo media slot, and WiFi support.

I couldnt wait to buy this system and for the last month I have been in game heaven and I own about 8 games and the graphics, sound and game play are a pice of perfection in my eyes!

Mainly I love the way I can take it on the train, in the car and even at home I would be bored without it at times!

I purchased this PSP for my Grandson and of course he is very thrilled with it. It is in very good condition and had some extras with it.
I am well pleased with it.

My son purchased this unit more for downloading music than for playing the games, and we found that the 32mb card that came with it would only hold about 5 songs, and to upgrade the card is going to cost us an additional $75-$100. Other than that, the unit is very nice. We have the headphones with volumne control in the wire, so when I don't particularly want to hear KISS singing, he can put on his headphones. This is actually his second unit, the first one he owned he did use for playing the games, and seemed to enjoy that, but the games are expensive, and he tired easily of each one well before he had money saved up for the next one on his wish list! All in all I feel he made a great purchase!

It was great, it arrived on time and worked at first, but when I had realised that the memory card was faulty, the exchanged the Reader for another one, and sennt it to me at no cost!

What can I say! Everything was on the mark with the description of the PsP with games and movies. When the auction was done. I received a after auction e-mail. I love what the P.S.P is capable of. My brother has one and now i cane play along with him, and it plays movies and music as well as games. . . . . . .

I think it works good but was disappointed to find out it's a later model not a newer one, which wasn't stated when I bid on it.The later PSP is much heavier then the newer one.

its a little more rigid and better built than the new slim psp's,it has a large screen and browses the net pretty quickly. since they just came out with a gps and camera addon its alot cheaper to buy a psp wqith the gps and camera than go and buy them individually. i just love all feature of the sony psp
