Some classics prop this up to 3-stars; live songs add some mystique to the band

They couldn't have based it around a more pitiful song; studio version is awful

For a band as long established as Metallica, you'd think they'd have scores of adoring fans hanging on their every word. They do, but they lost a significant number of fans after St. Anger, their most recent full-length album was released. With that album, it was a love/hate relationship; there was no in between. Some said Metallica had sold out prior to The Black Album. Others believe they're just as good now as they were back then. One thing is for certain, their style of music has changed with the times.
