Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (2001, DVD)

I'm not a vendictive person but I must say that I was displeased upon reciept
of this DVD. The reasons for this was that it looked to me upon initial inspection to be a copy, the case was a soft plastic sleeve, and the photocopy of the cover art was very poor. This was a christmas gift for my best friends (whom i've known over 30 years)daughter and my god-daughter. When I requested express delivery I was ignored even though I was willing to pay the extra charge. Then to top all this off the member is no longer a registered e-bay user. I did leave a neutral feedback, again because I am not a vendictive person. The DVD works but now that I've seen it I can tell it was a copy. Most likely ripped from an original un-encrypted and recoded to be re-recorded. There is not much more I can say except that I will never ever do business with this person ever again. Nor will I ever buy DVD's from e-bay again. This is a reflection on you E-BAY as a company and to have people do things like this to the others in the e-bay community it makes me think of what kind of people I am becoming involved with. I've been a member for about a year and have bought and sold on your site but there are other sites (maybe not as popular as yours but;) that I can buy and sell my items items ( sports cards and memorabilia) on. A good example of one is NAXCOM. I will remain an e-bay user but my patience is thin and will not take any more of these idiots.

Very disappointed by seller (wish.girl.friend.hot.like.me). Payment was in mail next day, weeks passed with no item, then she denied having received payment. Only after complaining was item sentWhen I finally got it, it was very poor quality, but played OK after thorough cleaning. Turns out it wasn't even an actual Disney item.

But I got no companion DVD, no insert booklet, or "Collector's Box." These were all clearly part of item in item description. All I got was a DVD in a hard plastic case. When I went to seller with this, she apologized vaguely with the excuse of, "Oh, I got it used..." This seller has done thousands of transactions on ebay - she should've been yanked long ago. Stay far, far away from this very questionable, seemingly immature seller.

Vintage Disney Classic. How animation has changed over the years. Beautiful princess, adorable dwarfs and a wicked queen/witch add up to an enjoyable story which reflects a lot of traditional concepts and ideas of the time (1930's). Worth watching especially younger children.

This movie is a must have for Disney movie collectors or for the "princess lovers" you may have. My daughter has adored the movie, and it was fun for me to see it again!

The Original, Disneys first and most loved film, if you don't own it you should. If not for your sake, if not for your childrens sake, then for the sake of your Grandchildren and theres, A DVD lasts Forever - it's like a dimond only cheeper and more entertaining. The true beauty of this film is in it's wonderful artwork and in the lessens it teaches, Like not taking things from strangers, the true worth of friendship, and that it is very easy to control a dwarf (not to mention make them your slave, they feed snow white and everything, I didn't see her pounding away i the old dimond mine....)

I bought Snow white and Sleeping beauty Dvd's. In the desription they were the real 2 disc set movie. Ofcoarse when I got it, they were burned illegal copies. I tried several times to get in contact with the seller and he never returned my emails. In the middle of all this he was being "kick off" Ebay. I am assuming for selling burned illegal copies. I filed a complaint with Ebay. I got a email stating that they had recieved my complaint and that they would look into it... and never heard Ebay again. I lost confidence in purchasing items through Ebay. Now knoing they won't back up the purchasers I will be very leary on buying anything if anything at all. Thank you, Sharon
