Sleep, Baby, Sleep - Larson, Nicolette (CD 1994)

This is a great one! I loved it for my two kids and had to have it for a baby shower gift. It was hard to find in stores. Two thumbs up!!!

I love the songs on this CD - it isn't too loud or too quiet, the music flows in a peaceful way thorugh a wonderful variety of songs. I work as a nanny and get his CD for all my employers with babies.

Sleep, Baby, Sleep by Nicolette Larson is by far my absolute favorite cd for rest time, bedtime, cuddle time or any time! The lyrics are absolutely precious! I got this cassette tape as a shower gift for my first daughter's baby shower, she's now 7 years old. I have since bought the cd two more times. All three of my children love it as much as I do. The words have brought me to tears and sent me and my babies into the most beautiful sleep..... It is truly a must have for mom's, dad's, grandparents, or anyone who cherishes children. You'll find yourself putting it in even without the kids around! :)

I really like the cd. It is now a "staple" of our nighttime ritual. And, I even sing some of the songs :)

I am a grandfather who plays these songs to my granddaughter, and I sing along with some of them. She is two years old, and often requests 'the bear song' (Oh Bear). All of the songs are hauntingly beautiful, and stress-reducing for both child and adult. I often give this CD as a gift to friends who are new mothers.

This is the second time I've gotten this CD. I originally got it for a shower gift and my son is now 6 and has gone to sleep to the music almost every night since birth. I'll keep on buying it until he no longer wants to go to sleep to it, we both love the music!

This album is Nicolette's loving tribute to her daughter, Elsie Mae. Nicolette passed away several years ago. I enjoy keeping her talent alive for new generations by giving this album as a gift to new moms and babies. Nicolette was a great talent and one of my favorite artists.

This CD was given to me for the birth of my daughter and thoroughly enjoyed by my toddler and myself, and the baby. This is great bedtime rocking or don't-feel-good rocking music.

My son is 11 years old and every night he still likes to listen to this cd when falling asleep! It is very soothing and relaxing and the songs are great!
