I love the passion in this debut CD. "Glamorous Life" is her biggest major hit, but it is on her next album. In the 80's Micheal Jackson was the man. So, many went unheard. She was on the movie "Crush Groove" the story of Def Jam Founder Russel Simmons. "Koo-Koo" was her first hit that was debuted on the movie. Sheila E. was a star being the only female. She worked with Prince and created her own music style. She was unique and more talented the most stars. Even today her drum skills are unmatched. This CD mixes rock, soul, Hip-hop and R&B. Classic hit "Hold Me" is one of the sexiest songs you will ever hear. It still gets radio play today. The CD is out of print and very had to find even on the internet. I've seen this CD for sale for almost $300 online. I wanted to see what it was about. I was not disappointed. Some songs didn't get air play but are still good. If you like 80's music this CD is essential to your music collection.
