this is a very bad tv hard to program.did not come with clock as orderd company did nothing really to help.picture is bad .sound is even worse.stand and tv are ugly what a rip off .do not buy

I am very happy with this TV. The picture is very clear and the sound is amazing for such a little TV. It is nice and lightweight which makes it perfect to move between our camper and house. It does have many options on it so the initial set up was a little more difficult than the old tube TV's but I was able to figure it out in a short length of time and I wouldn't consider myself technologically savvy. I know that this is listed as refurbished but I would not be hesitant at all to purchase. It arrives properly packaged with all of the necessary equipment and appears perfect.

Service was excellent. I enjoy the television and I decided to buy it because it was a great deal for me. I also liked the fact that it was brand new. I hope to do more business.

My wife and I really love this LCD TV. We did have a issue with the initial setup, A call to the Sharp help center quickly resolved it. A great little TV with A bright, detailed picture.

Really nice tv . Packaged well and shipped fast . TV not set back to english but Sharp customer ervice is always there to help with set up .

NOTE: The set I received is NOT the model with the clock. If this is important to you (it isn't to me), be forewarned before buying from this seller. If you want to upgrade to HDTV, but a. don't have a lot of space, or b. don't want to spend a lot of money, or both, this Sharp is the way to go. It's hard to tell factory-refurbished from new here, and the set comes with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty anyway. The 19" screen appears small at first, but the picture (which, in HD, is very good) can be "smart stretched" by the set to fill all of it--a nice feature. The digital tuner is built in--just attach it to your cable downlead, hit setup, and the set will automatically locate and program whatever digital channels are available on your current cable package, as well as the analog ones. No extra set-top box is required. Set also has an optical audio output jack so you can hook it up to a stereo system with an optical input for all-digital sound, which is very very good (my local cable provider has more than a dozen all-audio channels in different musical genres which I never knew existed--the sound is superior to both mp3 audio and satellite radio). Split your cable downlead and hook up your separate VCR and/ or DVD recorder to record an analog channel while you're watching something else. There is also an HDMI input for an external device such as a blu-ray disc player, a separate R B Y component input, and a computer input--there are four inputs in all. If you want a larger set later, this one makes an ideal second-HD set for a bedroom, dorm room, etc. Highly recommended.

The 19" Sharp I purchased has exceeded my expectations. I was going to purchase an off name brand from Target because I'm not a very patient person & didn’t want to wait the 4-5 days for shipping. My decision to wait has probably been my best decision year to date. The picture is great! & the exterior casing is a high gloss that only comes on the higher end TV’s.

P.S. I was also very impressed with the packaging; initially I was also concerned that it might be damaged in the shipping processes. Not a chance, I have never seen a product packaged with so much care. I would recommend the seller & product to anyone that asked. Sincerely, Don

I was pleased with the rapid delivery from the seller. The TV was extremely easy to set up and I am using it in my kitchen. I like it so much I am considering a second one for my bedroom. Since I am not a TV fanatic, I cannot offer critical analysis of the technology, however I found the SONY to be a perfect replacement for my old analog.

This Sharp TV is a good flat panel TV. However, it is very small. We bought it for our living room not realizing how small it would be and we had to go back to our old Television. This would be the perfect TV if you wanted one is a kitchen or small bedroom. It's a great TV to buy, just not for your main Television.

Purchased the item as a gift for my mother for Mother's Day. Wanted to give her a smaller TV (Had a very BULKY 20inch TV on her dresser), with an adequate area of view for her bedroom.

Cons
The screen is rectangular in shape, so the screen is not very large, top to bottom.

Pros
Sound is above average for an LCD flat panel. Shiny jet black finish is very attractive. Speaker is built in the screen alongside the bottom of the screen. Clock/alarm/timer doubles as an extra remote, with all the basic remote features. Picture quality is very good. Clock also has blue led light which is bright enough to see in total darkness, and is activated with a single button.

It has up to 1080i reselution!!! Amazing color. HD shows look great and games play awesome on it! Many picture and sound controls to tweak it just how you want it to look. All in all, it is an awesome television for the size and price.
