Pros:
Most diverse album since "<b><i>War Paint</b></i>", great balance of ballads and uptempos, new styles and sounds are wonderful, "<b>In A Perfect World</b>" her best album-closer yet
Lorrie Morgan truly does shake things up with this album, her 8th on BNA. Though true to her country roots, Morgan likes to experiment with other styles of music, and that is quite noticeable here (though perhaps not as diversely as on "War Paint"). Fortunately, as proven before, she knows how to approach any style of song and pull it off well. PROGRAM ---------- The title track starts things off. It is a fitting song for Morgan, who has never followed the rules of Nashville, or given in to others. Very independent, she has always stuck to her beliefs and desires, and every lyric in this song.
