Samsung HL-T5676S 56 in. HDTV Television

I purchased this t.v. from P & B Global Enterprises and it was damaged in shiping. I can't fet seller to answer my emails or answer his phone. I turned in a complant to ebay and no answer or help. I don't know what to do. Can you help me. Thanks Norma

This is a refurbished television that I am not very happy with. The sound quality is horrible and the screen does not display correctly. It is hard to explain but it curves therefore, you can’t see anything at the bottom of the screen. i.e. The volume adjustment. I am just not happy with this purchase and the amount of money I paid. I should have known it was not a good idea when the box showed up and was ripped to shreds.
