I sell electronics for a living. I could have any tv I want, and I have this one. Forget about plasma, lcd, tube, or conventional projection. This tv is worth every penny. I have blu ray and all the HD channels. It's not even funny how sharp the picture is. It also is the nicest looking tv out there. You wont be sorry. Invest in a high quality HDMI cable and a good power conditioner, it makes all the difference!
