If you like poker, this was a good movie, but not so much about the game. It's about what the game will do to you! Has a few cameo roles, teaches you a few tricks of the game, and makes you glad you are not in Matt Damon's characters shoes. Was a movie worth watching!
Rounders is a captivating movie about the newest rage today - POKER! This movie makes everyone want to become a WSOP champ. This is one movie you can watch over and over and still enjoy. The cast is great! Matt Damon is an awesome actor. I bought this dvd because I totally enjoyed the movie and I wanted to be able to watch it whenever I felt like it.

Very Good Movie. For All Poker Lovers. Great Story Line And Performances By Matt Damon, John Malkovich And Edward Norton. And I Know There Are Alot Of People That Think Poker Is Boring, But This Movie Is Very Entertaining And Funny.I Highly Recommend This Movie! A+ All The Way!! :-)
This movie will be the Poker standard for novice and veteran poker players alike. Not only does the movie maintain a gripping story line but manages to keep true to the game of Poker(Texas Hold'em) as well. Pitting a young Matt Damon against a veteran actor like John Malkovich in a no limit Texas Holdem showdown was a stroke of shear brilliance. This movie will either make you love the game of poker or make you never want to play the game again, but ultimately you will enjoy the show. An all star cast "rounds" out this compelling drama. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
