Rocky - The Complete Saga Collection (2007, DVD)

The robe was alot cheaper made than I expected. Lots of ragged edges. I was not impressed what so ever with it. The movies were fine. The outside box was a little damaged possibly from shipping though. Overall it was "ok".

I could not believe it but these dvd"s look brand new they are in excellant shape i am giving them to my grandson for Christmas and he will never know that they are used. The sellar is very nice and honest and sent them out immedielty thank you debbie

This is the movie collection which will completely change your thinking towards life. If you are down it will charge you up, if you want to go distance it will show you what will come in the way. It is a cmplete story that every real fighter would like to see. I dont remember how many times I had watched this series but still I LOVE to watch it and not feel bored. Its so excitng that it will make you feel that you are standing in the ring of life. This is THE series every person should watch if he wants to be a 'true' winner in life. MUST WATCH......Thanks to all the people involved in making this saga.

The newest Rocky (Balboa) did not measure up to all of the others! Loved the complete set, though. Father's Day gift for my husband-he loved it!

All these films are already instant classic films. Now that Sly has come out with the new "Rambo" film, hopefully lionsgate studios will follow suit and release all four "Rambo" films in one great box set. So to any "Rocky" fan out there this is a must have for your collection.

Man this movie was the bomb!

Featuring Rocky Balboa ( Sylvester Stallone ) the best boxing movie ever directed. Paulie who is Adrian dad, Mickey who is Rocky's trainer and the rest of the boxers. From movie to movie, Rocky always comes down to the moments where he wins by the K.O.

In Rocky I, he fights Apollo Creed and wins. From Rocky II, Apollo Creed wants a rematch so he gets one but Rocky still manages to K.O Apollo Creed. Rocky III was the most interesting one. Rocky thinks about retiring now and makes a statement to all. Not knowing he was going to get involved with a dispute from Clubber Lang, a underdog boxer rising up fast. Clubber Lang calls out Rocky for a fight. The turning point in this movie was when Mickey died of a heart attack because of the shove by Clubbber Lang. Rocky gets a new trainer which turned out to be his old boxer, Apollo Creed. Rocky accepts the fight with Clubber Lang but loses the first fight to Clubber Lang, he manage to K.O him at the re-match. In Rocky IV, Rocky is faced with a Soviet Union tank machine " IVAN DRAGO " who Ivan Drago K.Oed Rocky's friend Apollo Creed in a boxing match. Due to the K.O, Apollo Creed died . Rocky then picks a fight with Ivan Drago and fights him in Russia, however due to the death of Apollo Creed, Rocky still manages to keep on his feet and K.O this big guy. From Rocky V, Rocky is now dealing with his family issues. During this movie, his son is introduced. Tommy Gunn is also introduced, who wants Rocky to help him train. Rocky denies it but somehow he manage to train Tommy. At the end, Tommy kinda Back Stabbed Rocky and called out a street fight for Rocky. Rocky of course accepted it, and they both went at it. Rocky however of course wins. The final movie is Rocky Balboa. Rocky fights Dixon in this movie. The fight with him made Rocky realize a lot of things so Rocky got the hell beat out of him. He wanted that to happen but in the end he thanks Dixon for the fight, they both shake hands. Last but not least, Rocky says his final words to Adrian, " YO, ADRIAN, WE DID IT "

Rocky is a very intense movie for all to watch. A very must see movie with plenty of fighting in the ring, Rocky does get married to Adrian, friends died, lives changed, whether they get rich or bankrupt, Rocky and Adrian still manage to support themselves. This movie has everything you would want to watch! A MUST SEE MOVIE! WATCH THEM IN ORDER. YOU WILL LOVE IT, TRUST ME!

This is truly one of the best sports/drama dvd box sets you can own. Who doesn't love any of the Rocky films? You'll have to admit there is at least one that you particularly loved.
