Rock Star (2002, DVD)

The DVD was really good despite that was a little a bit different that other Mark Wahlberg DVD's.
It was good film and I recommend to buy it.

I liked the movie when I rented it when it came out. I wanted a copy for myself. I really like the soundtrack and the movie is pretty good.

If you like Judas Priest, and know any of their history, you'll love this movie. Oh, and Jennifer Aniston looks especially hot in it too....

I love this movie. The condition of the DVD was as if I had bought it brand new at a store. No scratches and it came is the original case. I decided to buy it on ebay because I feel I can get a great deal for something I have not been able to locate at local stores.

The music is great! Mark W is great plus I love the bonus of Zakk Wylde, Jason Bonham and all the way cool 80's rockers to make a way cool band. The relationship between Mark and Jennifer is perfectly depicted from the rock point of view. Again it is a must see for any rock fan!

THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES MOVIES OF ALL TIMME. I GREW UP PARTYING IN THE 80'S. IT BRINGS ME BACK.

I realy enjoy this movie...has an excellent sound track to the movie. I would suggest this movie to anyone that enjoys the 80's music scene.

SteelHeart is one of my favorite bands from the 80's. just saw them in concert and i wanted the move based on there music.

I saw this movie at the theater and loved it! It pokes fun at the "hair band" era of the mid-80's, a time I remember well. At the same time, there is a story that is constant throughout the movie where a regular guy from the midwest finds out that what he thought he wanted (being a rock star) wasn't all it was cracked up to be, and in the end he chose to be true to himself. Both Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston were great. Mark continues to surprise me with his roles, and Jennifer was as far from "Rachel Greene" (Friends) as she could get. They both are growing well into big-screen "stars." Great date movie, especially for those of us who lived through the big-hair-band era and still know every word to Bon Jovi and Def Leppard songs! :)

mark wallenburg is a awesome actor and the movie is excelent.sen it on tv once and found it for my personal collection.

I remember the look, the experience. This movie does a good job of taking you back and reliving the hair band days. (Sort of, this particular band was kind of a tamed down version at the beginning of the hairband craze). It is done in an almost documentary at times format and very believable. If you didn't grow up around this time, and wonder what teen, party life was like back in the mid 80's, Here You Go!

I bought it through ebay for convenience. I might have found it at walmart in the bargain box for less if I wanted to dig through a bunch of junk, but I doubt I would have ever found it. The price was fair, the movie was perfect and it shipped pretty quick. Definitely a keeper.

I COULDN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ELSE. COST WAS OKAY, BUT UNHAPPY WITH THE PACKAGE IT IS STORED. WANTED CASING FOR THE MOVIE ALSO.

I watched the movie on VH1, and wanted to watch it without all the commercials, "Hello Ebay!!" and within 3 days I had the movie. This movie is not for everyone...you have to have a liking for 80's music. (unlike the stuff out today). If want it, check out Ebay, I did.
