Very difficult seller. I bought a DVD that was supposed to be brand new never open. Then when I got the DVD it was opened and no DVD was in the keep case. It took several emails and a lot of trouble with this seller to final get the DVD. I don't recommend this seller to anyone.

I have always liked this movie, even though Costner is not very believable in the role of a Brit. There are times when he attempts to use a British accent in certain spots and I think it would have been better had he just used either/or. It has got something for everyone: romance, action, intrigue, danger, justice, etc. It is just an all around GREAT flick. I love owning movies I really like so that I can just watch them over and over without having to run to the video store.

not as impressive as I hoped forTh esows plot was poor, alo tof time was on the early part of the show and that part was well done. However, when they got to the end section of the video, they seemed to rush everything just to fit it into its time frame. Very poorly done swordsmanship. I guess the small problems with the video made it hard for me to enjoy the full show.

Once again I have bought a movie that did not displease me. To be honest I bought this DVD because my favorite actor(Alan Rickman) is in it. I have never liked the whole Robin Hood story but this movie had me mezmorized! I reccomend this movie to anyone who likes a romantic (but not sappy) love story in the midst of action packd movie, REMEMBER! not every character is who they seem to be when you first look at them.

Older folks, movie lovers, still remember Errol Flynn smiling having a good old time. He brought a smile to your face as you watched his antics. Same goes on here. Many smiles, laughs, oohs and ahs. Great story of course we all root for the under dog. Many faces you know pop up through out this well acted, well directed action packed ride. Drama yes. Comedy yes. Love story yes. Action of course. So see your almost forced to love it. I bet your going to want to see it many times. You know what? I think I'm going to treat myself to another viewing. We all deserve to have a little fun.

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1997, DVD)My grandson said this was his favorite movie. He asked if we could rent it and then if we could buy it afterward. It wasn't available for sale in stores locally so I checked ebay. I was delighted that I didn't have to search 'on foot' any further.

Excellent old movieI never thought I could find a DVD type copy of this movie. It was an excellent retelling of this famous tale with some historical references. Although the story is probably fiction, it was nice to have some historical references. The copy arrived promptly after purchase.

I love everyting about that movie. the cast of actors is exceptional. I remember seeing that movie in the theatre when it came out and I always knew that one day I would own the DVD... It took me almost 10 years to finally buy it but I am so glad I finally can watch it whenever I want. I must also say that Kevin Costner plays his part very well... like any other part he plays... for those who haven't seen that movie yet, it is a must see...

We love this movie and like to watch it pretty frequently. We had one, but it was relocated along with my mother-in-law, so we had to get another copy. It's such a wonderful love story and Kevin Costner is such a good actor in the movie. It's just one more addition to our "Classics" collection.

Love the movie, however some parts can be a bit corny. I hate that you have to get up and flip the DVD to the other side in order to watch the rest of the movie. And there is no direction to tell you to flip it, so the first time I watched it I thought there was an error in the DVD.

I love this movie. I think it's wonderful that Kevin Costner, Morgan Freeman, and Christian Slater are all in there together. The characters are believable, colorful, and by the end of the film you feel like you know them.
However, the DVD is made that half-way through the movie, you have to flip the CD. This is both inconvenient and very distracting.
