Renaissance Man (2003, DVD)

I did not receive my dvd from tomatoevent... He took my money and did not give me anything...

I am just one more person that he sold the same dvd to... why? I just don't understand. I have to write 100 characters, but what can you say about disappointment and feeling used?

Great story line; great music. This is definitely one of Danny DiVito's best movies. It has comedy, drama, and everything in between. The music in this movie is also excellent. Highly recommend owning this movie...you'd never get sick of it.

I love this movie. It is the funniest movie ever and I had it on vhs & it got messed so I try to find it in stores & couldn't. Then I seen I could get it from ebay & so I did. If you haven't seen this movie & you like comedy I would recommend watching it. I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!

When you can't find it anywhere else, check out e-bay! Better yet, just go to e-bay first. My son was at Ft. Jackson SC when this movie was filmed there and he is in one group scene. I really wanted the DVD copy because the "pause" quality is so clear. Great movie!

I like it because it was the movie i was looking for at the time and it was a decent price so i bought it.

its davito at his best. its reality at its funniest but can also make you cry. its a must see. loved the way he taught them what they needed to know and their enthusiasm to do it when nobody thought they could

I love the way Renaissance Man depicts both the humor and depth of the Army. The soldiers' are loveable, and so realistic I swear I knew each one from some assignment somewhere. This film is one of the increasing number of quality older films not available for rent in the chain stores, so I bought it to watch and to share. Definitely a favorite!

So no kidding i had owned this movie for a while on VHS and i got stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY. I pride myself for remembering all kinds for things from movies, but got stumped when i was talking about this one. As it turned out my (S-1 NCO) "personnel sergeant" was the Drill SGT at the top of the tower that told Danny he needed to have three points of contact on the tower. Also the "victory tower" that they were all going down was in Ft. Jackson, for those of you who don't know. I was stationed there for Basic Training, and i had to repel down the tower just like the rest of the kids in this movie. After being in the army for 6 years, i never get tired of this movie....

Danny Devito puts on a great performance. He is able to teach the unteachable kids that know one whats to try to teach. In doing so, Danny Devito's character also learns alot about himself. Great movie. I would highly recommend this movie. Two thumbs up.

I loved the movie, it came just like the discription said, good quality and it's exactly what i paid for at a low price.
