I liked that I was able to get the exact cd that was selling 17 years ago and it played fine and was in perfect shape, I was very pleased with it and I liked the price so I decided to buy it,it was a no brainer there. good seller

i love anita baker she is one of my favorite artists.i had the cd before and lost it.i was shopping on ebay as i always do and thought why not look up anita baker on eay appose to buying it in the store found it right away cost pennies came right to my house works great and enjoy my anita.

Rapture - Anita Baker (CD 1987)I had bought this CD from ebay before, but when I moved to my new apt I lost it. It's the only one I didn't have. The first time I heard of Anita was in the Moonlight TV Show, "Sweet Love" (Bruce Willis and Cibyl Sheppard dancing...).
I fell in love with the song...

I've always loved this woman and her distinct, sexy, jazzy style.
Her melodies are catchy and dreamy.
I dare anyone NOT to sing to this CD...: )
I was married the same year this fantastic album/CD came out.
This entire album/CD was my wedding song!!!!
Mine went missing so evidently someone else loved this CD too...so naturally I just had to replace it and I'd do it again and again!
This CD...This LOVELY Woman IS a must for people that have excellent taste in music!

Plain and simple. .a classic. Deep and soultry. .Anita Bakers voice will span the length of time. I purchased this CD because I had it once before but lost it over the years. A must in everyone's collection

I bought this album on a cassette in 1986 because my first love dubbed it "ours". I had never listened to Anita Baker, and I should not admit that I never bought another of her albums. I did, however, let her voice entice me into keeping her in my collection for 14 years. I now have it on CD. I'm not a follower of music. I don't listen to one band or singer faithfully. My taste in music changes with the seasons, and I think that is a good thing. I love Rapture. The title is very appropriate. I am caught up in the rapture of this album every time I listen to it. I did not have to dust it off...

For any one out there who doesn't know who Anita Baker is, there's a disc I think you should get with urgency. It's entitled "Rapture". It is by far the very best L.p. Anita has ever put out. Don't get me wrong, I like the L.p.'s that followed this 1986 release - Givin' You The Best That I Got, 1988 - Compositions, 1990 - Rhythm of Love, 1994. Those L.p.'s are also noteworthy in their own respect, but Rapture had a vibe everyone could get with. Starting from the very first song "Sweet Love" to the last track "Watch Your Step", you feel her presence in the room as she wails throughout the...
