Beware, if this is a 10 Meter radio like it claims, you MUST have an amateur radio license to operate this radio. If you do not have a license, and you incur a fine by the FCC, you WILL have to pay it or face forfeiture. This may be a good radio, but a few truck stops have recently gotten $10,000 fines because they were selling this exact model to unlicensed operators. Just make sure you know what you are getting before you purchase it. CB operation is on 11 Meters, 10 Meters is allocated to amateur radio here in the US.
